PromptZ is an AI image prompt collection app developed by Sajid Khan. Contact us at promptz.official@gmail.com.

This Privacy Policy applies to the PromptZ Android app, the PromptZ web app (web.promptzapp.me), and this marketing website.

2.1 Account information (only if you sign in with Google):

• Your name, email address, and profile photo, as provided by Google Sign-In
• A unique account identifier used to sync your favorites and Pro status across devices

2.2 Device & diagnostic data (fraud and abuse prevention):

• Device model, brand, and OS version
• An approximate, IP-address-based location (city/region level — we never request or use GPS/precise location)
• A device fingerprint used solely to detect and block abusive or banned devices

2.3 Content you provide:

• Images you upload for the "Image to Prompt" AI feature — sent to our AI provider (Groq) solely to generate a prompt description, and not stored longer than needed to process the request
• Feedback, bug reports, and support messages you send us

2.4 App preferences (stored locally on your device):

• Language preference
• Notification preference
• A push notification token (used only to deliver notifications you've opted into)

2.5 Advertising (Google AdMob):

• If you consent, Google AdMob may show personalized ads; otherwise you'll see non-personalized ads only
• You can change your ad consent choice anytime in the app's Privacy Settings

2.6 What we DO NOT collect:

• Your precise/GPS location
• Your contacts, calendar, SMS, or call logs
• Payment card details (handled entirely by Google Play/app stores, not by us)

• Account sync: To save your favorites and Pro status across your devices
• Fraud & abuse prevention: To detect and block banned devices and abusive behavior
• AI features: To generate prompts from images you choose to upload
• Push notifications: To send optional prompt update alerts
• Advertising: To support free access to the app, per your consent choice

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the app: Google Firebase (authentication & sync), Google AdMob (advertising, with your consent choice respected), Groq (AI prompt generation from uploaded images), and Cloudinary (image hosting). Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policy and only for the purpose we've engaged them for.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded images for the Image-to-Prompt feature are processed and not retained beyond what's needed to generate a result. If you delete your account (see below), we permanently erase your account record, favorites, and profile data from our database within 30 days.

You can permanently delete your PromptZ account and all associated data at any time:

• In the app: Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account
• On the web: visit our Delete Account page — no app install required

Deletion removes your account record, saved favorites, and profile information from our systems. Some anonymized, non-identifying analytics may be retained.

PromptZ is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above.
